If I was disturbed by anything it was the amount of gunk she had allowed to build up in her pups eye without cleaning it, causing extremely red, infected skin underneath. Her perception of my attitude is her right.
Same complaint on online reviews within days I was on speaker and Gabriella responds with harsh profanity, threatens to block me, deny’s my refund request, and hangs up.

Finally spoke to the other groomer from earlier to explain my disgust in how the owner is acting and because of her behavior I wanted a full refund. Called back several times with no answer. I also informed her of my dissatisfaction with the cut, to which her tone completely changed and she hung up the phone on me. I called the groomer and Gabriella apologized for not telling me. They applied the first aid that stops the bleeding but it was never mentioned to me upon pick up. Immediately noticed once home his unfinished cut, he didn’t smell bathed, and noticed his ear was cut. I paid $109.25 for an unfinished grooming. The other groomer was there and heard her say it. She mentioned if I’m unhappy with his cut I can bring him back for her to fix it. Gabriella brings my dog out and I notice how uneven his haircut is as if she was not done.
It was a common issue already assessed by a vet so I was not concerned. Another groomer came out to calmly explain the situation with his left eye having buildup and how they were trying to clean it. Another customer waiting inside also pointed out her attitude while waiting for her to finish. I didn’t want to sit there waiting for my dog and hear him crying like that. She rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude when responding. I told her she can stop if she’s unable to finish in two minutes. When I arrived, I heard an animal in the back continuously yelping out loudly in pain. She was having a hard time cleaning around his eyes and private areas so it took her longer than usual. Never had an issue with the service until today. Gabriella, the owner and groomer, always cuts his hair.
